MFANS.live (the "Website") complies with the record-keeping requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Any individuals depicted in images or videos appearing on this Website are represented to be at least 18 years of age at the time of production. Content Creators utilizing the Website affirm that all content they produce includes no individuals under 18 years of age. Failure to provide proof of age upon request will result in immediate removal from the Website and possible referral to legal authorities for investigation.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties
The Website operates solely as a platform and is not the "producer" of any depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. 2. The content does not include depictions of genitals or the pubic area created after July 27, 2006.
3. The content does not depict simulated sexually explicit activity occurring after the effective date of 18 U.S.C. § 2257A.
4. The content was created before July 3, 1995.

Designated Records Custodian
The Website operator has designated a records custodian to maintain compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The custodian is responsible for maintaining original records for:

1. Marketing and promotional materials that contain visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, produced or acquired to promote the Website.
