3. Strictly Prohibited Content Types You may not upload, post, display, or share the following types of content:

(1) Content Related to Minors

Any images, videos, or references to individuals under 18 years old.
If content involves individuals over 18, you must have written proof confirming all individuals depicted are of legal age and have consented in writing to their names or images being used.

(2) Prohibited Items and Activities

Firearms, weapons, or any items whose sale, possession, or use is restricted by law.

Gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation.
Age, disability, serious illness, veteran status.

(5) Privacy and Personal Information You may not upload or disclose others’ personal or confidential information, including:

Contact details (phone numbers, street addresses, GPS coordinates, email addresses).
Identification information (names, ID numbers, passport numbers).
MFANS account credentials (passwords, security questions).
Financial information (bank accounts, credit card details).
Biometric data and medical records.
No personal information may be disclosed or shared without explicit written consent.

Regarding Public Nudity Content

If content contains public nudity, it must not be recorded or broadcast in jurisdictions where public nudity is illegal.
If content involves sexual activity, it must not be recorded or broadcast in public locations where members of the public could see it (excluding private outdoor areas such as private backyards or remote natural areas without public access).

Impersonation and Misleading Content Prohibition

You may not post content that falsely implies it is from us or that it has been approved, authorized, or endorsed by us or any individual or company.
You may not impersonate us, our employees, other users, or any individual or company, nor may you falsely represent or imply an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with us or any individual or company.

Respect for Others’ Rights

You may not stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
You may not engage in misleading or deceptive behavior or any conduct that could mislead or deceive other users.
You must respect creators' intellectual property rights and may not record, copy, share, publicly distribute, or broadcast their content without authorization.
You may not infringe upon our or others’ rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, goodwill, personal rights, unfair competition, privacy, and data protection rights.

Prohibited Conduct

Providing false account registration information or using another person's information or content without authorization.
Posting spam content, artificially increasing views or engagement for creators, or publishing repetitive, misleading, low-quality, or inauthentic content.
Using ciphers or other methods to communicate messages that violate this policy.
Copying, printing, distributing, downloading, modifying, deriving, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, storing, or transmitting any content without permission.
Intentionally spreading viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other potentially harmful technological materials.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to obtain the source code of MFANS.
Compromising the security of MFANS systems or interfering with the normal use of other users, including real-time interactions.
Using automated programs, tools, or technologies (such as web crawlers, bots, spiders, or automated scripts) to access MFANS or extract, collect, harvest, or scrape content or information.

Unauthorized Use of MFANS Branding

You may not use the name, logo, related names, product and service names, designs, or slogans of MFANS unless you have obtained our explicit written permission or are using them in accordance with the permitted ways outlined in the Terms of Service.

User Guidelines and Responsibilities

You understand and agree that digital goods on this Website are provided as non-physical digital content. Except in cases specified in the standardized contract of this Website, purchased digital content cannot be refunded. Subscription content can only be canceled for future billing cycles and cannot be refunded for past subscription periods. Please consider carefully before making a purchase.

Service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or other technical issues.
Creator content may be removed due to license expiration or infringement disputes, and MFANS does not guarantee content availability.
If a creator does not update content for more than three weeks, MFANS reserves the right to deactivate creator features to protect consumer interests.
If a creator’s account remains inactive for one year and multiple reminders have gone unanswered, all files and settings will be deleted, and the account will be suspended.

Please read and comply with these regulations to maintain the operation of the platform and protect the rights of all users.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Taiwan. The Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
